Concierge Services
Concierge Services are offered by our practice Crisis Coordinator and therapist, Jennifer Edwards. Jennifer brings years of experience helping clients navigate unexpected and intensely stressful experiences. Concierge Services are innovative in that they allow you to book personalized support tailored to your specific situation, without being confined to the standard therapy hour. We’re proud to say that we’re the only practice we know offering Concierge Services to all current and new clients.
Concierge Services Include:
- Urgent Sessions
- Same-Day or After-Hours Sessions (where available)
- Standard & Extended Sessions (55-Minute, 90-Minute, & 120-Minute Sessions)
- Phone Support

Concierge Services Are Used For:
- Recent death of loved one or pet
- Relationship infidelity or break-up
- Relationship stress
- Job loss or stress
- Medical stress (e.g., receiving unexpected diagnosis)
- Chronic illness challenges
- Negative impact of local, national, or world events
- Family conflict or stress
- Parenting challenges (immediate or ongoing)
- Anything that feels unexpected and intensely stressful to you
Concierge Services Rates:
- $150 for Individual Sessions
- $175 for Couple’s Therapy / Family Therapy Sessions

Disclaimer:
As an outpatient TeleHealth practice, we are not an on-call facility. While Jennifer Edwards is our Crisis Coordinator, she is not an on-call service provider.
We cannot serve certain presentations via Concierge Services. This includes currently experiencing any of the following:
– Thoughts of harming yourself, someone else, or others
– Hallucinations of any kind (seeing or hearing things that aren’t there)
We also cannot meet with you if you’re currently under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, any street drugs, or any drugs not prescribed to you.
If you or others are in immediate danger or are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911, 988, or go to your nearest Emergency Room. You can also find several crisis-related resources on our Resources Page.
If Jennifer Edwards determines that your current needs exceed what can be safely managed via Concierge Services, we will refer you to the appropriate crisis services as a next step. This referral may be provided prior to or upon meeting with you for Concierge Services.
