I believe a safe and comfortable therapy environment is created through empathy, teaching, and humor.

Reaching out for support can feel scary and takes courage. I use a strengths-based approach when working collaboratively with clients to identify goals and develop a plan to move forward.

My areas of specialty include: anxiety, depression, childhood/adult trauma, including PTSD, sexual abuse, aging, and end of life. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I utilize a holistic approach, integrating therapeutic treatments such as CBT, DBT, EFT, and Solution- Focused Therapy.

I work with clients from adolescence through adulthood, and couples. I work exclusively using TeleHealth (phone/video sessions). This is a great option for clients who cannot attend regular office appointments, due to busy work schedules, commuting times, frequent business traveling, weather conditions, parenting demands, or health issues.

I have been a Social Worker since 2010 and worked as a Crisis Counselor/Victim Advocate for the Riverside Rape Crisis Center prior to completing my Bachelor in Social Work at California State University San Bernardino. I completed my Master of Social Work in 2020 from Widener University while working as a Social Worker for the Department of Children and Family Services. Most recently, I have worked as a Medical Social Worker for a hospice company.

Fun fact about me, I love animals, books, and road trips to unknown destinations. There is so much beauty and random exploration fun on road trips that I find it to be a great form of self-care!
